Dianna works with adults of all income levels and their family members to plan for and resolve legal issues related to the onset of a disability and aging. These issues include guardianship, Medical Assistance eligibility and estate planning.
Dianna serves as court appointed counsel for alleged disabled persons in guardianship cases in Frederick, Montgomery, Baltimore, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties. Additionally, she serves as guardian of the property for individuals who have been found to lack capacity.
She also works with families to plan for the future by preparing their Last Will and Testaments, financial Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives and Living Wills.
Dianna received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2009 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 2006. She is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland. Prior to opening her solo practice in 2021, she practiced at an elder law firm.
